50% refund is given if notice is given 7-21 days before a scheduled class, minus the cost of any/all opened products and/or training materials.

Because we have to allocate time and resources for classes, we do not refund classes cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

100% refund on boat trips that were canceled by the boat operator (ie: weather).

No refund of and/all opened or used products and/or training materials.

*  We do have a policy of allowing students to join in other scheduled classes, in order to complete the course. There may be additional charges for air fills and the student may be responsible for paying dive site fees beyond what would normally be used in a class, and a reduced price for gear use.
